A SAFe® Agilist (SA) Curriculum Focused on Exam Success

The certification curriculum includes a history of SAFe® and the SAFe® core values. Coursework covers Lean thinking around product development flow and software development in addition to Agile principles and practices that can be implemented throughout the organization. You will also learn how to implement SAFe® at the team level including Scrum and XP methods with a focus on the technical, project management and economic prioritization.

In addition, the certification covers SAFe® at the program level which includes how to identify and execute an Agile Release Train (ART) at your organization. This allows for optimization and velocity delivery of projects. Lastly, you’ll cover additional topics such as SAFe® at the portfolio level, Agile architecture and scaling both Agile and Lean leadership.
