If a candidate for the ScrumMaster Certification Course is unable to complete the Scrum exam with a passing grade after two attempts within 60 days after the coursework, they will be allowed a second training session free of charge. The fee for subsequent testing will be free of charge and the candidate will be allowed to attend another session of the ScrumMaster Certification Course. The two attempts must be made within this 60 day evaluation period to be eligible for additional coursework.
